1. Tour Bookings and Payments

All tour bookings require a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees.

2. Travel Requirements

Participants are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel insurance. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies and trip cancellation.

3. Photography Equipment

While we provide basic equipment for beginners, participants are encouraged to bring their own cameras and lenses. We are not responsible for damage to personal equipment during tours.

4. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in tour activities. Some tours involve physical activity and may not be suitable for individuals with mobility limitations.

5. Limitation of Liability

SharpSight Travel's liability is limited to the cost of the tour. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
